Maybe you already know what energy type you are, or maybe it’s the first time you get introduced to Human Design. In this online course I will go through a deep dive of the 4 (5) different Energy Types, the 9 different Energy Centres and the 7 Different Authorities.
In this 1 hour online video course I will share the transformation of how to actually use the knowledge of your Energy Type, Centres and Authority.
You will learn to:
- Set loving boundaries aligned with your inner authority
- Optimising your energy in your everyday life
- Grow your confidence as what your purpose is
- Find flow in each of the Energy Centres
